"We’ve been using Kitty Hawk Kites for..."
We’ve been using Kitty Hawk Kites for a bit now, and the reporting is probably the part I like the most. I can pull up flight info quickly, see what’s already been done, and send it over to the team without having to hunt through a bunch of stuff. The analytics make sense to me too, even when I’m moving fast, which is nice because I don’t always have time to figure out what every chart is supposed to mean. There are a couple clicks that felt a little odd at first, but I got used to them, so I guess it’s not really a big issue. Overall it’s saved us time, or at least it feels like it has, which is kind of the main thing

"Pretty clean site, easy enough"
I thought Kitty Hawk Kites was simple to use, in a good way. The menus were right there and I didn’t have to do that thing where you click around all confused. The pages also aren’t all packed with stuff, which I liked. I found what I needed in maybe a minute or so. Just a clean design and not much annoying clutter happening.

"Got the compliance help I needed"
In the end, it made the whole compliance process a lot less stressful. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the help was solid and made it easier to figure out what I needed to do

"We’ve been using kittyhawk to keep track of..."
We’ve been using kittyhawk to keep track of our gear, and overall it’s been helpful. It makes equipment management a lot easier for our team and keeps everything organized without too much hassle. That said, a few of the screens still feel clunky and slow us down sometimes. If that doesn’t improve, we might have to look at other options eventually, but for now it’s doing the job well enough...

"Pretty good overall, I think"
Kitty Hawk Kites has been running smoothly for us most of the time. The tracking works well and the reports usually load fast, so I can’t really complain. We’ve had a few little glitches after updates, but nothing major. Maybe I’m being too picky, but overall it’s been solid.

"Super helpful for keeping track of batteries"
As someone who’s always juggling different battery packs, this has been really handy. It makes it way easier for me to keep track of what I have and not misplace them all the time.

"Surprisingly Smooth on My Laptop"
I mostly use kittyhawk.com on my laptop, it’s been a breath of fresh air. I was ready for the usual drama of slow pages, hidden menus, and me clicking around like I’m lost in a maze, but nope. Everything loads fast, the menus are right where I expect them to be, and the whole layout feels clean without trying too hard. I was able to check what I needed and jump between sections without any hassle. Simple, smooth, and it just works.
"Notifications work well"
kittyhawk’s notifications have been really dependable for me. I get the alerts right when I need them, and I haven’t noticed any missed ones so far. The whole setup and day-to-day use has been easy too, which makes a big difference. It’s a simple feature, but it helps a lot

Getting started was quick and straightforward, which is really all you want. No confusing steps or unnecessary back-and-forth, just a simple setup that worked without giving me a headache.

"Honestly, it makes flight planning a lot easier"
I use Kittyhawk mainly for planning missions, it’s been really helpful. Instead of jumping between a bunch of different tools, I’ve got the maps, airspace checks, and checklists all in one place. Some people might nitpick it, but for what I need, it saves a ton of back and forth and it’s straightforward to use

"Solid for preflight checks, easy to use"
I’ve been using kittyhawk.com mainly for the preflight checklists, they’ve been solid. The steps are clear, there’s not a bunch of extra clutter, and it helps me catch the little things I might otherwise, well, not forget exactly, but skip when I’m moving too fast. It did take me a bit to figure out where everything was, but once I got used to it, it’s been easy enough. I’d still like a little more customization, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Makes pilot tracking straightforward"
I’ve been using Kittyhawk to keep up with our pilots, and overall it’s been a easy experience. Assigning flights and seeing who completed what has cut down on a lot of the usual back-and-forth, which I really appreciate. That said, there are a few spots where the interface could feel a little smoother, and I wouldn’t mind a bit more flexibility in the reporting. Still, for day-to-day pilot tracking, it’s been solid and has made my job easier.

"We were able to connect it with..."
We were able to connect it with the tools we already use without much hassle. There were a couple of small moments where we had to poke around a bit, but overall the integrations worked well and didn’t slow us down.

"I’ve been using Kittyhawk mostly to keep track..."
I’ve been using Kittyhawk mostly to keep track of my drone flights, and for the most part it’s been solid. The flight times, locations, and battery details are usually right in line with what I’m seeing, which makes logging everything a lot easier.
It hasn’t been totally perfect, though. I’ve had a couple flights where the sync took longer than expected, and once or twice the map looked a little off from where I actually flew. Not a huge deal, but noticeable enough.
Overall, I’d say it does what I need it to do and saves me from having to track everything manually. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s useful and fairly accurate, just with a few rough edges.

"Honestly, These Training Resources Saved Me"
I used kittyhawk.com for the training resources, it made the whole process feel way less intimidating. The lessons were clear and easy to follow without turning into some overwhelming avalanche of information. I really liked that I could go back and rewatch or reread things whenever my brain decided to completely abandon me. By the time I actually started using the tools, I felt a lot more confident and way less like I was walking into chaos. Overall, really solid site, no major complaints from me
"Really handy for quick flight checks"
I use it when I want to see what’s going on with flights nearby. It shows, actually, it updates quickly, and it helped me figure out what was happening without just guessing...

"Solid export tools, but the workflow could use some polishing"
I use Kittyhawk mainly to pull flight logs and reports for our team, and the export options are solid. CSV works well for what we need, and it definitely saves me from having to copy everything over manually.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the export screens feel a little tucked away, and I still end up clicking around to find the right filter sometimes. It’s not a major issue, but when you’re paying for a tool and spending extra time fighting the workflow, you do kind of expect some kind of credit, discount, or at least a smoother fix in return

"Pretty reliable so far"
I've been using it for a bit now and it's been solid. Works fine most of the time, no major issues or anything so far.
